Description

This is a typical Caribbean buffet.

Even when the restaurant is filled to capacity it never feels crowded, thanks to the generously spacious open plan dining area. The high ceilings and broad walkways add to the sense of spaciousness.

• Breakfast:
  includes a variety of hot and cold food, from bacon eggs and pancakes to typical Caribbean dishes. There is a fresh omelet station where you can choose your omelet and its cooked in front of you. The chef is also happy to cook your eggs in any way you wish. There is a bread station where you can choose from porridge, bread of all varieties and croissants, plain, cheese or chocolate! The buffet style breakfast also has a fresh fruit station, you can choose from all the freshly prepared fruits and have a smoothie made from them too. Once you’ve chosen your breakfast simply find a table and the waiting staff will bring iced water and a choice of teas or coffee.
• Lunch:
  Again this restaurant is buffet style which serves a huge variety of meals. You can choose any type of freshly prepared and cooked meat, fish and vegetables. There is a pizza and pasta station where you can have your pasta cooked to order and choose the sauce. If you prefer a light bite; have a burger, hot dog or just some soup and a roll, you can eat as much or as little as you want. Dessert: There is a fabulous ice cream station, each day there are different variety of flavours to try and some very tempting toppings from sauces to fruits and cherries. If you don’t fancy ice cream there are some very tasty local pastries and sponges as well as fresh fruit.
• Dinner:
  The evening buffet takes you on a taste sensation through many countries and their dishes, from English, French, Italian and the Caribbean to name but a few.
